Internship Structure:

First Month: Unpaid internship to get acquainted with the team, projects, and technologies.
Next Three Months: Paid internship with competitive compensation leading to potential full-time employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our software applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Work closely with our remote team to gather project requirements.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing code.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Participate in virtual team meetings, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements:

Enthusiasm and passion for software development.
Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).
Familiarity with web development concepts and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
