Truck Dispatching Agent Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Identify and engage with prospective truck drivers, while nurturing relationships with our existing driver base.
Needs Assessment: Understand the unique needs and requirements of truck drivers, offering tailored truck dispatching solutions.
Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to educate and persuade truck drivers on the benefits of our services.
Sales Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Pipeline Management: Effectively track and manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing driver inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements.

Fluent in English (Excellent communication skills, both oral and written)
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (Minimum 6 months to 1 year)
Hardworking and punctual
