We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer with a background in Electrical Engineering and a strong sales track record. The ideal candidate will also hold an MBA in Marketing, demonstrating a blend of technical expertise and business acumen. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling UPS, Generators, and Solar Energy solutions, preparing quotations, calculating freight costs, and managing the end-to-end sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell UPS, Generators, and Solar Energy solutions to clients, ensuring business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to clients, explaining product specifications and benefits.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, including detailed cost analysis and pricing structures.
  • Calculate and manage freight costs, ensuring cost-effective delivery of products.Engage in price negotiations, contract discussions, and finalize sales deals.
  • Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and keep track of competitor activities.
  • Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and quotation history for reporting and follow-ups.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electonic Engineering (mandatory).
  • MBA in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in technical sales, particularly in the electrical engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering concepts, UPS, Generators, and Solar Energy solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in preparing quotations, costing, and freight calculations.

In addition to providing a prompt response to the customers, the services provided from our company helps our principals to avoid unnecessary on-site visits by their engineers, which at times can become quite expensive/ difficult especially due to insurance/security problems.
