Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and run data privacy governance framework to manage various types of data within TMB.
Work with key internal stakeholders in the review of projects, related data, and agreements to ensure compliance with local data privacy laws and advise on privacy impact assessments.
Ensure that TMB’s IT systems and procedures comply with all relevant data privacy and protection law, regulation and policy (including in relation to the retention and destruction of data)
Collaborate with the Risk division to maintain records of all data assets and maintain a data security incident management plan to ensure timely remediation of incidents pertaining to data privacy.
Coordinate and conduct data privacy assessments of various solutions/systems.
Serve as primary contact for data privacy issues/queries
Develop and deliver privacy training to various functions/departments.
Monitoring changes to local privacy laws and making recommendation
Taking initiatives to ensure engagement with key internal and external stakeholders related to data privacy
Manage the data privacy network across all TMB offices
