We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Business Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the execution of business development strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter to gain experience and contribute to our business expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Support in negotiating and closing business deals.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop business growth strategies.
Monitor industry trends and analyze the competitive landscape to identify new business prospects.
Prepare and maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to build professional relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of business development, sales, and marketing strategies.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in freelancing platforms like Upwork etc.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (internship or entry-level experience is a plus).
Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
