We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of user-centered design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and effective digital experiences, ensuring a seamless user journey across web and mobile applications. As a Mid to Senior Level UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring innovative design solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement UI/UX best practices.
Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to improve usability and enhance the user experience.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design techniques.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
Ensure accessibility and responsiveness in all designs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product-focused environment.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
Experience with design systems and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective and engaging designs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
