We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our *food industry* establishment. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high customer satisfaction, managing financial performance, and leading a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of restaurant or food service management, and the ability to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of restaurant staff. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any customer issues promptly and effectively.

Conflict Resolution:

  • Handle conflicts among staff or between staff and customers in a calm, professional manner, promoting a positive environment.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee branch budget, including cost control, profit generation, and financial reporting. Work to meet financial goals while maintaining high service quality.

Inventory & Resource Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and place orders as necessary to ensure the branch operates smoothly without interruption.

Active Team Building:

  • Be proactive in fostering a collaborative team culture, ensuring the team works together efficiently to meet business objectives and maintain high performance.

Experience and qualifications*

  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience* (mandatory), preferably in the *food industry.
  • Graduation, preferably in Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field related to food operations.
  • Proven track record of managing *restaurant operations or food service outlets.

Managerial Skills:

  • Strong team-building skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills to manage workplace challenges effectively.
  • Solid customer satisfaction skills with a focus on maintaining high standards of service.
  • Ability to manage branch budgeting, finance, and cost control effectively.
  • Strong Communication & convincing Skills
  • Active and engaged in communication with staff, customers, and senior management.

Problem Solving: Strong decision-making abilities with a focus on maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
