We are looking for an experienced Accountant Officer with a background in the logistics sector and advanced proficiency in Odoo software. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of financial transactions in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
- Utilize Odoo to streamline accounting processes and generate accurate financial reports.
- Verify and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and company policies.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the logistics industry.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP (mandatory).
- Accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
