Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement email marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and objectives.
Create engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize email campaigns for better performance..
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Solid understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and marketing automation technology.
Proficiency in email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent written communication and copy writing skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and digital marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field preferred.
