Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads across different industries using various tools and platforms.
- Reach out to potential leads via email, phone, social media, or other communication channels to introduce The Digital Penguin’s services.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining if they’re a good fit for our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status in our CRM system.
- Set up meetings or demos for the sales team to follow up on qualified leads.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Assist in the development of lead nurturing strategies to build long-term relationships with prospects.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to engage with potential clients and quickly build rapport.
- Experience with lead generation tools and CRM systems is a plus, but not required.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced team environment.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer outreach is preferred but not required.
