Sales / Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our educational programs, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide clients about our training programs via phone calls, in-person meetings, and digital channels.
Close deals by effectively converting leads into enrollments.
Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to ensure maximum conversion.
Represent the company at seminars, exhibitions, and industry-related events to enhance brand visibility.
Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to position The E Station as a preferred choice.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales & marketing (preferably in education, training, or related fields).
Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Fluency in Urdu with clear and professional pronunciation.
Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance (smart, fashionable, and neat dressing sense).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
Willingness to work on Sundays if required.
Ability to travel to other cities and occasionally to the Head Office in Dubai for business needs.
