We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Accountant. The accountant will support the accounting department in various financial and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial information and compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience, a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports.
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, maintaining records, and reconciling accounts.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments accurately and on time.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and answer inquiries.
- Support the preparation of financial audits and coordinate audit requests.
- Assist in the analysis of financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting processes and systems.
