Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Expertise: Thorough knowledge of air freight and sea freight operations. Hands-on gateway operation of Import and Export.
- Documentation Expertise: Prepare and manage all aspects of Sea/Air freight documentation, AWBs and Bill of Ladings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Liaison with Shipping Lines & Airline: Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping line representatives, coordinating bookings, schedules, and addressing operational issues effectively.
- Client Communication: Provide exceptional communication support to clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth cargo flow.
- Process Efficiency: Streamline documentation processes, identifyingopportunities for improvement and compliance with industry regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to optimize efficiency.
