The HR Assistant is responsible for the followings;
- Employee Personal File management and updation of internal databases with employee information, including personal profile, contact details and other employment information.
- Routine work on Organizational HRMS (database).
- CV managment and screening of resumes, schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Employee /Staff leave managment.
- Working on monthly payroll includes gathering the data i.e salary information & working days along with handling salary-related queries.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
