KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce and manage content for social media, ranging from quick indoor and outdoor lifestyle shoots to lengthy videography projects for campaigns, ensuring consistency with briefs, brand guidelines, and budget.
Collaborate with content writers, animators, designers, and account managers to develop content ideas and manage production schedules efficiently, including booking locations and coordinating with external talent.
Maintain and suggest improvements in studio equipment, manage the content library, and constantly propose technical upgrades and efficiency practices for the production unit.
Edit content with proficiency in mobile and computer video editing software like Premiere and Capcut, ensuring a good eye for different filming and editing techniques.
Build partnerships and manage relationships with influencers, translating the company tone of voice into engaging social media posts.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Someone who enjoys consuming catchy social content and stays up to date on the latest trends.
A solid technical grip on camera, lighting, and sound equipment, with the ability to quickly switch between professional cameras and iPhones.
Preferably someone with a prior degree in film or media and a good taste in art direction for small projects.
Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize, schedule, and plan content across multiple channels, and a knack for experimenting with new styles of work.
Attentive to details, meets deadlines consistently, and has a passion for learning new production-related skills and current trends in content production and technology.
