We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive with experience in the US real estate market to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals in a highly competitive B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct B2B sales outreach to real estate professionals, agencies, and investors in the US market.
  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Present and sell company services to real estate professionals in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with US real estate market trends and client needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the US real estate market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and deal closing.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (US business hours).
  • Proficiency in English (verbal & written) with a sales-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
