Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to business owners and professionals in the USA.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-up.
- Present and explain the company's products or services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in a B2B environment. Experience with cold calling is a plus.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to persuade potential clients and negotiate deals effectively.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different client needs and changing market conditions.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and find effective solutions.
Shift:
- Must be willing to work during US business hours.
Salary:
- 30,000 PKR to 100,000 PKR per month
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the industry relevant to Timex Solution Inc.'s products or services.
- Familiarity with the US market and business practices.
