This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Coordinator at Together in Lahore.

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for:

1. Respond to customer queries and issues by handling our client’s official WhatsApp Numbers, email, and other social media platforms in a timely and professional manner ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their queries and issues.

2. Understand and effectively communicate information about the company's products or services to customers.

3. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

4. Collaborate with other departments such as sales or technical support to address customer needs effectively.

5. Prepare and submit regular reports to management for approvals and updates on customer interactions, issues resolved, and overall performance indicators.
