We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals. This role requires a strong understanding of the hotel industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales
1. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
3. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
4. Conduct site inspections and presentations to potential clients.
5. Negotiate and close sales deals.
Marketing
1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hotel.
2. Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
3. Manage and maintain the hotel's website and social media presence.
4. Coordinate and execute marketing events and campaigns.
5. Analyze and report on marketing metrics and results.
Administration
1. Assist in managing the sales and marketing budget.
2. Provide sales and marketing reports and analysis to the Sales & Marketing Manager and other stakeholders.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
4. Coordinate and communicate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
