Channel Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the network.
- Ensure all partners are aligned with company policies, sales strategies, and goals.
Sales Support
- Monitor and support channel partners in achieving sales targets.
- Provide regular training, guidance, and updates to partners on products and services.
- Address and resolve partner concerns or issues in a timely manner.
Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze the performance of channel partners using KPIs and sales metrics.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to the management team.
- Recommend strategies to improve channel performance and identify new opportunities.
Market Insights and Feedback
- Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback through channel partners.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to adapt strategies based on market trends.
Operational Coordination
- Ensure proper implementation of sales processes and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address supply, logistics, and operational needs of partners.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Salary: 70K-170K
