Sales Operations and Data Analyst
Monitor the sales business process, optimize the sales links, and improve operational efficiency.
Analyze sales data, grasp the sales situation, provide data support for decision-making, and adjust strategies in a timely manner.
Coordinate work with other departments to ensure the smooth progress of the sales business.

Qualifications
(I) Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to marketing, business administration, etc.
(II) Work Experience: More than 10 years of sales experience, and more than 5 years of sales management experience in the mobile phone electronic accessories or related industries.
(III) Knowledge and Skills
Master knowledge of marketing, sales management, and customer relationship management.
Be familiar with the industry dynamics, market trends, and product features of mobile phone electronic accessories.
Be proficient in using office software and sales management tools.
(IV) Competencies and Qualities
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively motivate the team.
Keen market insight, analysis, and judgment ability, and be able to formulate effective sales strategies.
Strong problem-solving and adaptability, and be able to handle complex sales problems.
