1. Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
  2. Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.
  3. Train the sales team such as product training, sales training, dealers training, new products training, skills training, etc.
  4. Manage Promoters and Sales Team regarding the concerns, support, and other requests that will help boost the sellout.
  5. Research on training requirements, and set up the annual/quarterly/monthly training target.
  6. Address dealer concerns and issues regarding the process and product.
  7. Monitor and analyze Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales Data Reports and Employee Productivity.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • At least 3 years in the Training Field. Working experience in the mobile phone industry is preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Understand deeply the mobile phone market.
  • Good presentation skills, team cooperation, self-motive, target-oriented, good learning skills.
