𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Create and execute strategic sales plan that expands our customer base.
Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
Achieve company objectives by setting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, and making forecasts.
Monitor day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
Generate sales reports and forecasts that meet and exceed company sales revenue targets.
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance.
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Master's in Business Studies is a plus.
5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager/ASM in solar/generator industry, preferably in
commercial and industrial sectors.
In-depth knowledge of current solar technologies and renewable energy market in Pakistan.
Strong track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
