As a B2B service provider operating during nighttime in Pakistan, we need a dedicated HR professional to manage our workforce, ensure smooth operations, and oversee all HR functions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR leadership roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle night shift operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and shift scheduling.
- Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
- Address workforce concerns and act as a bridge between employees and management.
- Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration.
