Structural Engineer

Trovesce is seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is proficient in using structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, and ETABS. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing various structures while ensuring they meet safety and compliance standards. You will collaborate with architects and other engineering professionals to create innovative and functional designs. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with at least one year of experience in the structural engineering field, as you will be expected to contribute to projects from conception through to completion. Note that this role does not involve managing a team, allowing you to focus entirely on engineering tasks and professional development.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed structural analyses to determine the stability and strength of various structures.
Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and other advanced software for creating accurate structural designs and models.
Prepare and present engineering reports to stakeholders, highlighting design concepts and project progress.
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other professionals during the design and construction phases.
Develop design specifications and calculations in compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
Review and interpret project requirements to provide technical assurance of design viability.
Monitor ongoing construction projects and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Stay updated on new technologies in structural engineering and apply innovative solutions to improve project outcomes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and project budgets by providing accurate information about materials and labor.
