Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential customers through market research and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure the successful execution of transportation services.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to secure new business.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, track leads, and report sales activity.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to remain competitive.
Participate in sales meetings and strategy development.

Qualifications:

1+ year experience in the trucking or logistics industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
Familiarity with industry software and tools (e.g., TMS, CRM) is a plus.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance is a plus.
