We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson for Truck Dispatching to join our team. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with trucking companies and independent truck drivers
Actively seek out new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels
Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to maximize profitability
Coordinate and schedule truck dispatches efficiently and effectively
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations and deliver superior results

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in truck dispatching
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of trucking operations, logistics, and industry practices
Familiarity with dispatching software and tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
