Turnotech is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Logistics Executive to join our logistics team. The Logistics Executive plays a critical role in overseeing the efficient transportation and distribution of our products. This position requires a keen understanding of logistics coordination, transportation management, and vendor management. The successful candidate will also manage a dynamic team of five individuals, ensuring optimal fleet management and effective route optimization strategies are implemented to meet company goals. The Logistics Executive is essential for maintaining strong customer relationships and fostering a collaborative work environment within the logistics department. In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate both analytical and problem-solving skills, while also exhibiting proficiency in fuel management and other logistics-related services. You will build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders and ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently. By implementing best practices and leveraging technology, you will work towards continuous improvement in our logistics operations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and distribution of products.
  • Coordinate transportation management and ensure full compliance with driver and safety regulations.
  • Optimize delivery routes to achieve cost-effective and timely transportation solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure competitive rates and services.
  • Lead and mentor a team of five logistics personnel, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with logistics services.
  • Monitor fuel management processes, aiming to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Implement effective inventory control systems to track and optimize stock levels.
  • Analyze logistics performance data to identify areas for improvement and report findings to management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align logistics strategies with overall business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations.
