Business Unit Head - Sales

As the Business Unit Head - Sales for the Oil Division, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy for our oil products. This critical role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the FMCG sector, particularly in oil sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market share, fostering client relationships, and driving overall business growth.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the Oil Division.
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and collective success.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders in the industry.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges for the Oil Division.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for senior management.
Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation in the Oil Division.
