Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling and original content for social media, blogs, and websites.
- Create eye-catching captions, articles, video scripts, and marketing copy.
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to align content with brand identity.
- Manage and grow social media engagement through creative strategies.
- Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences.
- Optimize content for SEO and social media reach.
- Plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media management.
- Strong understanding of content trends and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut is a plus).
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
