Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our expanding team. As a Call Center Agent at Urban Soft Technologies, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and resolving inquiries efficiently. You will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide information and assistance on our products or services to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to ensure accurate and efficient support.
  • Adhere to call center performance metrics and quality standards.
  • Assist with other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
