We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Sales Executive to join the Vairt Pakistan team for Emaar Real Estate in Lahore. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling Emaar’s premium properties, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading real estate developers and make an impact in a high-growth market.

Requirements:

Previous experience working directly with Emaar offices (not as an affiliate real estate agent).
Proven track record of successful sales with Emaar.
Must provide a valid Emaar Visa page as proof of employment.
Promote and sell Emaar Real Estate properties, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects to potential clients.
Generate leads and develop a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending events.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to demonstrate Emaar’s portfolio and investment opportunities.
Offer expert advice on property options, pricing, investment potential, and other relevant details to prospective buyers.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional strategies and materials that enhance property visibility and sales.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the business.
Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends, competitor activity, and Emaar’s new developments.
Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software.Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth buying process and post-sale support.
