We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service via phone.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers to generate sales.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
3. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
4. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly goals.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and achieve team goals.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 1-2 years of telesales experience in a retail or customer service environment.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and meeting sales targets.
5. Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 12:30 pm - 10:30 pm
