Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Accounts & Finance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting financial audits. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintained accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
Record journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Prepare and process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other disbursements.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Coordinate with internal departments and auditors during audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Monitor and manage petty cash and bank transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CA Inter, or MBA Finance is a plus).
Proven experience (1-3 years) in a similar accounting or finance role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, ERP) and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
