Management Trainee Officer - Commission

Our organization is seeking an MTO Commissions to support our Commission Reporting Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling commission data, compiling reports, and maintaining commission records. The position will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of commission payments to our sales staff.

Responsibilities:

Review commission data and ensure accuracy of calculations
Data gathering and managing uploads
Compile commission reports for management review
Maintain commission records and files
Assist in reconciling commission accounts
Respond to commission-related inquiries from sales staff
Collaborate with the Sales and Accounting departments to resolve commission discrepancies
Monitor commission payments to ensure timely and accurate processing

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Understanding with commission calculations and reporting will be a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed
