We require an experienced Floot Supervisor / Team Leader for the US-based Inbound Campaign of Internet, AT&T, Xfinity, Spectrum, Direct TV, and My TV. Candidates must have good listening and communication skills in English must have experience of 2 years in the same field and must to meet the target sale.

Responsibilities & Requirements:-

Day-to-day management of the Record
Excellent verbal communication skills ( Speaking & Listening ) with a good American or British Accent.
Owning client relationships and having strong communication with clients and other team members.
Able to deal with clients over voice calls and resolve issues along with performing/assisting any needs or requirements.
Candidates with a Graduation Degree are encouraged to apply, Master will be considered as a plus.
Deliver best-in-class customer experience to provide the customer with relevant information, advice, and conversion opportunities.
