We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and fostering strong relationships with our clients.
Job Details:
- Strong communication skills and a positive, client-focused attitude.
- Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service.
- Experience in handling international clients.
- Competitive, market-aligned salary
- Performance-based commission
- Location: North Nazimabad (on-site)
- Perferably male
- Night shift timings (9:00 pm to 5:30 am)
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
