We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Automation & Industrial Electrician Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial electrical systems and automation technologies, coupled with a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum for the Automation & Industrial Electrician Program.
Provide hands-on training in industrial electrical systems, automation technologies, and control systems.
Teach students how to install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical equipment and automation systems.
Ensure students understand safety protocols and best practices in an industrial environment.
Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and practical exams.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in automation and electrical technology.
Maintain and manage lab equipment and tools.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial electrical systems and automation.
Strong knowledge of PLC programming, motor controls, and industrial automation systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
Commitment to student success and continuous improvement in teaching methods.
