We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual who enjoys engaging with people and solving issues. This role involves creating new customers and transforming them into enthusiastic advocates for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide expert answers to questions regarding products/services, pricing, and availability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
  • Report progress daily.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and superior verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize effectively.

Working Hours:

  • 6 pm to 3 am (Pakistan Standard Time) / 9 am to 6 pm (Eastern Standard Time)

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: Earn upto 150k (depending on your experience and Sales) Basic salary will be determined based on expertise following the final interview.

Location:

  • Lahore: Reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High School (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
