We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive our online presence to new heights.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SMM, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing and content marketing.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI and drive conversions.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve strategies and achieve KPIs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
Ability to do technical contect writing to create engaging and high-quality content for digital campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters and videos.
Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other relevant tools.
Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance landing page effectiveness and improve conversion rates.
Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in key digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Business Suite.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights and prepare detailed reports.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz is an advantage.
Experience in Meta Search Advertising, particularly in the hospitality sector, is a plus.
Basic Technical SEO and HTML/CSS knowledge is an added benefit.
Exceptional English proficiency, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
