We are seeking a Business Development Junior for a full-time, on-site position at our office in Wapda Town, Lahore. This role focuses on lead generation, market research, customer relationship management, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will support our sales and marketing efforts while leveraging analytical skills to identify new opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Generate leads through various channels, including digital platforms and networking.
Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports.
Collaborate with the team to drive business development initiatives and meet growth targets.
Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client interactions and sales processes.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to conduct thorough market research.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience in lead generation and identifying sales opportunities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
