Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck Dispatcher at Wazafah's Dispatch Enterprises in Lahore. The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for finding new truckers and coordinating and assigning drivers to transport goods; communicating with drivers, customers, and company personnel; monitoring routes and ensuring on-time deliveries; and resolving any issues that arise during transportation.
Work Hours: 7 am CST to 5 pm CST, Monday - Friday (US Hours)
Compensation: 75,000 - 100,000 PKR monthly (lucrative) + commission
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of trucking regulations and procedures
- Experience in dispatching or logistics coordination
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- certification in dispatching is a plus
- experience in trucking cold calling
- Only people with relevant experience will be entertained
