We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mid-Level Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for independently managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI) for our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in digital advertising within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Management: Develop, implement, and manage effective Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video networks to meet client objectives.
Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities and ensure campaigns target the right audience segments.
Ad Creation and Testing: Craft compelling ad copy and design engaging creatives; perform A/B testing to determine the most effective messaging and formats.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate insightful reports.
Budget Management: Oversee and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend to achieve desired outcomes.
Landing Page Optimization: (Training can be provided) Collaborate with the web development team to ensure landing pages are optimized for user experience and conversion.
Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in digital marketing and Google Ads to inform strategy and implementation.
