We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Architect Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of architectural principles, construction processes, and materials. As an Architect Engineer, you will play a crucial role in interpreting project requirements, creating detailed scope of work documents, and ensuring that construction projects align with specified drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:

Project Analysis:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of project requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand their vision and expectations.
Scope of Work Development:
- Develop detailed and accurate scopes of work based on project specifications.
- Articulate project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
Quantities and Measurements:
- Expertly calculate quantities and measurements for materials and resources required.
- Ensure precision in quantity take-offs and measurements for accurate project costing.
Drawing and Specification Review:
- Proficiently read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Identify potential discrepancies and provide solutions to ensure project coherence.
Construction Expertise:
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with construction teams to address on-site challenges and facilitate smooth project execution.
Material Knowledge:
- Demonstrate expertise in construction materials, their properties, and appropriate applications.
- Recommend optimal materials based on project requirements and budget constraints.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to design specifications.
Communication Skills:
- Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Provide clear and concise updates on project progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Proven experience as an Architect Engineer with a successful track record in construction projects.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for architectural design and project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Note: Architect Engineers who have worked in the UK market will be preferred.
