Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for customer service. As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and assistance.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via email, text, and phone calls, providing prompt and professional responses.
Assist customers in resolving their issues, providing accurate information and solutions.
Utilize your multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple customer queries simultaneously.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Urdu and English.
Be flexible and willing to work evening shifts as part of a rotational schedule.
Utilize computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and internet browsing, to efficiently manage customer data and provide support.
Preferred candidate will have prior experience in the customer service industry.

Requirements:

Male candidates between the ages of 18-28 are preferred.
Fluent in English, with average language proficiency.
Possess strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Excel and internet browsing.
Prior experience in the customer service industry will be highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Flexible to work evening shifts as part of a rotational schedule.
Must have knowledge of email, text, and call etiquette.

Salary Expectation:

Starting 18K, based on experience
