We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join our fast-growing team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing expert support across electricity, gas services, and card machine sales. Whether you're helping customers with their utility needs or guiding businesses through the process of selecting and setting up payment solutions, you'll be the first point of contact, delivering outstanding service with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service (Electricity & Gas Services):

  • Responding to inbound customer calls regarding electricity and gas billing, account management, and service inquiries.
  • Assisting customers with account setup, changes, and troubleshooting energy-related concerns.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable energy solutions (tariff plans, switching providers, etc.).
  • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and timely resolutions.

Card Machine Sales & Support:

  • Assisting businesses with the selection and installation of card machines (payment solutions).
  • Providing product knowledge, benefits, and pricing details for card machine services.
  • Upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services based on customer needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and clear manner.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to sell products and services effectively, with a focus on customer needs and benefits.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Multitasking: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks at once.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, call center technology, and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team and company goals.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with change and learning new product offerings or technologies.
