We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to build our digital presence and connect with our audience in engaging ways. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can help us tell our story and engage with our community across multiple platforms.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging video content, and building our online community. This role is crucial in shaping how we communicate with our audience and establishing Wertec as a thought leader in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our business objectives
Create and curate engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics and campaign performance
Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key stakeholders
Manage our social media calendar and ensure consistent, timely content delivery
Stay current with digital trends and recommend new approaches to engage our audience
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure message alignment
Handle community management and engage with followers across all platforms

Desired Skills

Experience with paid social media advertising
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
Photography and video editing skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Project management experience
Understanding of our industry and technical products
