You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding market share for our company within the construction and home improvement sector. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, architects, contractors, and developers to promote our UPVC door and window products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients including homeowners, builders, architects, and contractors to showcase the benefits of UPVC doors and windows. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our UPVC door and window products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications. Demonstrate the superiority of UPVC over traditional materials like wood or aluminum in terms of durability, energy efficiency, and aesthetics.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their specific requirements and recommending suitable UPVC solutions that meet their needs and budget. Provide expert guidance on design options, customization possibilities, and installation processes.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to foster repeat business and referrals. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitors to position our company as a leader in the UPVC market.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure win-win outcomes. Close sales contracts in a timely manner while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-installation support. Address any concerns or issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales opportunities, using CRM software. Analyze sales data to identify trends, assess performance, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and articulate product features.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Knowledge of uPVC or fenestration industry is a plus.
