You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the event by supporting various tasks with the main focus on managing visitor registrations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Visitor Registration: Register visitors through a computer-based system, collecting essential details such as name, occupation, company, email etc.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
  • On-site Assistance: Assist with small management tasks such as arranging people at the registration counter, supporting the setup and take down of event materials, and helping with various event-related activities.
  • General Support: Provide light office support, assist with queue management, and help where needed during the event.

Job Requirements

  • Basic understanding of English and clear communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and basic software usage.
  • Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute (WPM) with 80% accuracy.
  • Willingness to assist with additional tasks, including light physical work when required.
  • Punctuality and a professional attitude throughout the event.
