We are hiring a Sales & Chat Support Assistant for PartsBlue, a Canada-based auto parts company specializing in high-quality auto parts. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, posting and renewing ads on Facebook Marketplace, managing orders, and driving sales.
Shift: Night shift (7 PM – 4 AM, Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
- Post and renew ads on Facebook Marketplace
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent support
- Manage orders and ensure smooth processing
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales
- Maintain sales records and track performance
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum Qualification: 12 years of education (Intermediate or above)
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic computer skills (must know how to use a computer)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Facebook Marketplace)
- Sharp and quick learner with the ability to adapt fast
- Focused and detail-oriented to handle customer queries efficiently
- Ability to multitask and manage ads, responses, and orders effectively
Experience:
- No prior experience required – just good English skills, a sharp mind, and a willingness to learn
Benefits Salary:
- 40,000 PKR basic + 5% commission per sale (Potential earnings 70K+ per month!)
